A Solo show of Oil paintings by Stephanie Bindeman

After completing a BA in Textile Design in Manchester, followed by freelance work, Stephanie Bindeman moved to Suffolk to take up a post as teacher of Art and Textiles, she later took on the roll of Head of Art in another Suffolk school. Now Selena explores and develops my own work.

“Observational studies is central to my work. I complete visual studies in my sketchbook whilst walking and travelling. I am intrigued by interconnecting shapes, textures, and colour : from the tiny and understated to the large and dramatic. I revisit these studies to select and then develop into oil paintings. “
